Role: Sales & Business Development Executive

Salary: £20,000.00 to £25,000.00 /year + generous Sales Commission and Benefits
Job Location: Aylesbury, UK
We are looking for bright, articulate and career-driven sales and business development candidates to start with Robasys.
You will be based out of our office in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire office.
Your Responsibilities will include:
Engage with prospect organisations through strategic solution-based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis etc.
Manage the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business sales.
Pipeline and territory strategy development; engage in prospecting activity to drive pipeline creation
Position proposed solutions and articulate their value based upon customer’s strategy and direction
Drive sales to achieve quarterly & annual quotas
Researching organisations and individuals online to identify new leads
Contacting potential clients via email, social media and phone to establish rapport and set up meetings/discussions
Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events with an intent to grow the network
Account management – Develop and maintain strong relationships with client(s) assigned to you
Making customer presentations and informing prospects about new developments in the company
Developing proposals and sales collaterals
Work to achieve weekly and monthly goals through execution of demand generation activities
What we are looking for:
Experienced sales person with excellent solution-based selling, communication and presentation skills
Proven successful ability to sell business solutions
Polished, professional and credible and ready to take on challenges
Is organised and has a structured approach from lead generation to closure
